We will be building two cutting edge, sustainably designed living spaces, one Sol Space “Garden Suite” (336 sq ft), one Sol Studio “Bunkhouse” (120 sq ft) and an accessory storage building to be rented through AirBnB. The properties are located at 4882 Wills Rd, Fairmont BC and upon acquisition will be merged into one larger property.
Amenities in the area include golf, swimming, boating, fishing, river floating, kayaking, biking, skiing, and hiking. All amenities are either walking distance or a short (5-10min) drive away.
Equipment rentals are available and will be stored on-site in the accessory storage building.
